Most Rev. Frederick Luis M. Belmonte is the Missionary Bishop and remained independent with the Convergence Church Philippines in partnership and with the Anglican in the Philippines (Traditional)

Archbishop Frederick Luis M. Belmonte is now the Missionary Bishop  and will continue to lead the new group, the Convergence Church Philippines (CCP) in partnership with the Anglican Church in the Philippines (Traditional).

Withdrawal from any affiliation does not stop us from being a Church but we  move on, by obediently doing the mandate given to us by God. Human,Time, Generations, even friendship can change, but one thing for sure that does not change, is God and His words and promises, it remains forever.

It's high time for Filipino Clergy and the Philippine churches to trust God and not to be dependent to foreign affiliation and financial support for survival. Remember they are NOT God to trust to because, once they fail, then you will fail with them. Let us be liberated from colonial and poverty mentality, it will slave us to death! With God, Filipino can do greater things also. Listen to this, it's being with and united with God, that we can do greater and mighty things!
To Him alone be the Glory!

Para bang pag walang Banyaga ay hindi ka sikat at mahina ang dating. It kills and weakens the potential in believing that God can work with and in us and show us that is not the color of one's skin that makes one more superior than others, but it is the color of the blood and the nature of Christ in us that makes the difference, not because we are brown in color. Racism, Discrimination and Colonialism does NOT Apply and has no place with us in the CCP and ACPT. We treat people as Jesus Christ treated them!

I like the comment of Bong Bong Marcos from one of his interview, that the Philippines has experienced so much discrimination and inferiority resulted from the past Colonialism of Spain and America and with this Filipino became a SECOND CLASS Citizens, and this can be seen and felt today! But the climate is changing for New and Better life! (A better Republic). Ang Bagong Lipunan!

New wine in a renewed wine-skin!
